- ▸Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for BESS assets including BMS checks, thermal system servicing, and cell inspections.
- ▸Monitor SCADA/EMS alarms and respond to fault conditions to minimize downtime and protect asset health.
- ▸Manage thermal management systems (HVAC, liquid cooling) to maintain optimal battery operating temperatures.
- ▸Coordinate planned and unplanned outages with grid operators, offtakers, and internal operations teams.
- ▸Track and report key performance indicators including availability, round-trip efficiency, and throughput.
